Sexual Assault Centres

Providing support to survivors of sexual assault and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. These centres are community-based Victim Services, and offer 24-hour crisis intervention, counselling, information and advocacy. They also provide information as well as emotional and practical support to victims throughout their involvement with the justice system. In some communities, similar justice related support services are provided by Specialized Victim Assistance Programs. For information about which Victim Service programs are available in each community, contact the Victim Information Line at 1-800-563-0808.
